How do we do it? What will these episodes be like?
- primarily practical and sometimes very down-to-earth – there will be concrete examples from companies, exercises to implement, questions for reflection. We are aware that specifics and examples are important, as well as concrete ideas for implementation.
- practical – meaning we have concrete work for you to do.
- don’t expect perfect correctness – we will use colloquial language, corporate speak, there will be anglicisms, jokes, we will sometimes share controversial opinions, we want this to be ours and authentic, at the end of the day the reader will draw conclusions and choose what fits and what doesn’t.
- we will talk about real cases and situations of our colleagues and clients. We will ensure they cannot be identified.
- The main components of the book are transcripts of our conversations, specific dialogues divided into individual topics, part of it is gathering certain theory in a nutshell, inspirations and homework assignments, as well as implementation examples.

Unfortunately, we are not the alpha and omega even in such a noble duo, we have enough humility to know that we don’t have one patent for good standards and that something that works for us may not work for you. However, we also have a need to share what has worked for us, our clients and colleagues in the multitude of our experiences.
